I have no information about Rhoda or Lilley and would welcome any input.
Thomas and Matilda kept The New Inn at Brilley not far from
Hereford.
By 1901 I believe that Thomas had retired although the family were still living
at The New Inn. In the Census of that year James Ross is listed as Inn Keeper.
